Mr. Brar has many years of experience representing individuals in a wide variety of immigration related matters. Mr. Brar has particular expertise with family and employment related cases. He has represented clients in marriage and family based immigration cases. He has also represented individual clients, small and large employers, public institutions, and immigrants in all manner of employment-based immigration cases.
Mr. Brar is also a mediator and mediates civil and employment cases. He is on the Utah Court’s Roster of Mediators.
Along with practicing in state courts in Utah, he is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court of Utah.
